Fast Tai Chi Course (Lao Jia, Er Lu), October 8th. 2013
Fast Tai Chi – Tai Chi is usually associated with that slow moving and graceful form that people practice in the parks in the early morning. This is a fundamental part of Tai Chi practice because of the way it allows one to study important aspects such as mind and body relaxation, balance and energy (qi) flow. However the practice of Tai Chi as a martial art requires one to also study how speed and power can be applied for effective striking and fast moving techniques. These equally important characteristics are studied in the Lao Jia Er Lu (Old Frame Second Part). If you like martial arts and would like to study and understand the characteristics of Fast Tai Chi, we invite you to join our 12 session course at the University of Malta, starting Tuesday 8th October, with classes being held once a week every Tuesday.
